З 30 грудня 2026 року вимоги EUDR стають обов'язковими для великих і середніх компаній, з 30 червня 2027 — для малих і мікро. Покупці вже вимагають доказів, аудитори — ланцюга, а таблиці й накладні не дають відповіді.

Ручне розслідування по накладних і журналах елеваторів займає тижні. Відповідь потрібна сьогодні — покупець у ЄС не чекатиме.

Фантомні обсяги виявляються в порту

Постачальник привіз більше, ніж фізично міг виростити на своїх полях. Дізнатися про це на етапі відвантаження — означає зірвати контракт.

Без DDS немає відвантаження

З 30.12.2026 без due diligence statement товар не потрапить на ринок ЄС (Регламент 2023/1115). Покупці вже зараз вимагають геолокацію полів по кожній партії — Excel цього не витримує.

Квота постачальника — Фантомний обсяг ловиться на воротах елеватора, не в порту

Система рахує, скільки тонн фермер фізично міг виростити на полях, що пройшли комплаєнс: площа перевірених полів × норма врожайності культури. Оформити поставку понад цю стелю неможливо. Контроль прив'язаний до реальної землі, а не до паперів постачальника.

Граф походження — Будь-яка партія розкручується до конкретних полів за секунди

Відвантаження → усі проміжні склади → поставки → поля → фермер: повний ланцюг з тоннажем на кожному кроці, навіть після трьох-чотирьох перевалок. Три точки входу: від партії, від складу, від постачальника.

EUDR-аналіз знеліснення — Вердикт по кожному полю — із замороженим доказом

Система перетинає карту лісу Єврокомісії (GFC2020) із втратами Hansen по кожному полю і видає світлофор LOW / HIGH / UNKNOWN. «Втрата дерев» ≠ знеліснення: розкорчуваний сад чи лісосмуга не дає хибного HIGH. Знімок даних фіксується назавжди — звіт юридично відтворюваний навіть через роки.

Оцінка ризику — HIGH — не вирок, а початок оцінки

Поле з ризиковим вердиктом не зависає. Система показує другу незалежну думку — Whisp, відкритий інструмент FAO та Forest Data Partnership, — а комплаєнс-офіцер фіксує обґрунтоване рішення з доказами. Саме так процес описує Регламент: перевірка → оцінка → зниження ризику (ст. 10–11). Рішення з автором і часом лягає в досьє й лишається відтворюваним для аудитора.

Земельний банк — Глибинний аналіз кожної ділянки з державних реєстрів

Хто фактичний власник, хто орендар і на яких умовах — автоматично з ДЗК та ДРРПНМ по кожній ділянці ще на етапі заявки. Кілька орендарів на одній ділянці? Система підсвітить це як юридичний ризик — без ручних виписок.

Комплаєнс земельного банку — Юридичні ризики ділянок — за критеріями, а не на око

Система розкладає ділянки заявки за критеріями з держреєстрів: інші землекористувачі, незареєстрована оренда, обтяження, строк договору, що спливає, аномалії у відомостях. Офіцер ухвалює рішення по критерію, групі чи окремій ділянці — і лише після цього поля зараховуються до compliant-пулу. Набір критеріїв налаштовується під політику вашої компанії.

Сегрегація — Перевірене й неперевірене не змішуються — фізично

Неперевірений обсяг — не сліпа зона, а окремий пул з власною квотою, доріжкою обліку й окремими ємностями: система блокує змішування, а на ринок ЄС такий товар не потрапляє — лише поза ЄС. Один невідомий вантаж більше не робить недійсною всю партію.

Криптографічна неспростовність — Історію ланцюга неможливо переписати заднім числом

Кожна критична подія — поставка, переміщення, відвантаження, EUDR-вердикт — лягає в журнал, де записи криптографічно зчеплені між собою: зміна будь-якого рядка ламає весь ланцюг. За бажанням стан журналу регулярно фіксує незалежний сертифікаційний центр із Trusted List ЄС. І це не «повірте нам»: перевірити може будь-хто — за QR-кодом з документа або повністю офлайн.

Як це працює

Той самий граф, що й у системі: кожен крок передає походження наступному.

Крок 1. Поля
Поля потрапляють у систему одним із двох шляхів — далі обидва зливаються в один: система сама знаходить кадастрові номери й піднімає дані держреєстрів. На виході — EUDR-готовий GeoJSON, хай що прийшло на вході. Холдинг із кількома юрособами? Пов'язана заявка переносить відомості реєстрів на інший ЄДРПОУ без повторного пошуку.
- Комплаєнс-менеджер: завантажує GIS-файл полів (KML, Shapefile, GeoJSON) або вносить кадастрові номери вручну
- Фермер: сам малює свої поля на карті за посиланням і заповнює ваш чек-лист — договори й сертифікати фото з телефона, без реєстрації та навчання
Крок 2. Комплаєнс і квота
Перевірка — автоматична, рішення — за людиною. З прийнятих полів система рахує квоту: стелю тоннажу постачальника, яку неможливо перевищити. Квота ведеться по кожній доріжці окремо: некомплаєнс-обсяг — це теж повноцінний облік, а не сліпа зона. Відповіді чек-листа й файли фермера заморожуються в досьє заявки — доказова база для аудитора.
- EUDR-перевірка — автоматично: система зіставляє кожне поле з супутниковими картами лісу й видає вердикт знеліснення LOW / HIGH / UNKNOWN згідно з вимогами Регламенту 2023/1115
- Комплаєнс-офіцер — рішення: приймає кожне поле окремо й задає його клас: перевірене — у compliant-пул, ризикове — в окрему доріжку. Рішення за людиною і політикою компанії-покупця, а не за автоматичним правилом
Крок 3. Поставки й переміщення
Переміщення елеватор → хаб → порт передають походження далі на кожному кроці — скільки б перевалок не було. Квота фермера списується один раз, при поставці.
- Прив'язка до полів: кожна поставка автоматично прив'язується до конкретних compliant-полів за єдиним правилом FIFO — без подвійного рахунку, відтворювано для аудитора. А якщо відомо, з якого саме поля привезли — вкажіть його при поставці: ще точніше простежування
- Огляд на дашборді: усі об'єкти зберігання й постачальники на одному екрані: баланс кожного складу, використання квот, рухи товару та незакриті DDS. По кожному силосу — журнал руху з поточним залишком, експорт в Excel
Крок 4. Відвантаження за методологією ЄК
Це не саморобна логіка — офіційна методологія Єврокомісії, вшита в майстер відвантаження. Вікно добору можна відраховувати від фізичної зачистки ємності — з актом і фото (первинний режим FAQ 1.17). Строгий FIFO блокує списання не з голови черги: виняток — лише рішенням власника з причиною, і він назавжди лишається в журналі.
- Правило 200% — автоматично: система добирає поля-джерела на 200% обсягу відвантаження, назад у часі за FIFO — «декларація із запасом» (declaration in excess, FAQ 1.17 ЄК)
- Гейт «все або нічого»: одне некомпліантне поле в переліку — і все відвантаження заблоковане, доки комплаєнс-офіцер не розбереться (FAQ 1.18 ЄК)
Крок 5. DDS-документ і аудит
Покупець у ЄС отримує готовий пакет для декларації, аудитор — відповідь за секунди замість тижнів розслідування.
- Пакет для декларації: DDS-PDF з переліком полів-джерел + полігони у форматі GeoJSON — саме тому, який приймає система ЄС TRACES NT. Звіти англійською та українською, DDS-статус кожного відвантаження — на окремій сторінці. Покупцю лишається подати декларацію. У досьє покупця — лише поля, задекларовані для цієї партії, а QR-код у PDF веде на сторінку незалежної перевірки. Щойно перевірка стартувала, посилання стає лише для перегляду, а питання й відповіді заморожуються в досьє заявки: аудитор бачить, що саме питали і що відповів фермер. Змінити заднім числом неможливо.

Це не наша самодіяльність. Це методологія Єврокомісії — вшита в систему.

Довіра, яку можна перевірити без нас

01. Хеш-ланцюг подій

Кожен запис журналу містить криптографічний відбиток попереднього. Виправити чи видалити подію непомітно — математично неможливо: ланцюг розірветься, і нічна самоперевірка це покаже.

02. Позначка часу незалежного центру (TSA)

Стан журналу регулярно фіксується кваліфікованою електронною позначкою часу за eIDAS — від сертифікаційного центру з Trusted List Європейської Комісії. Незалежна третя сторона засвідчує: ці дані існували саме в цей момент і не змінювалися відтоді.

03. QR-код у кожному DDS-PDF

Покупець чи аудитор сканує QR з документа й на анонімній сторінці перевірки бачить партію та цілісність її ланцюга — без логіну, без запиту до вас, за секунди.

04. Аудит-пакет для офлайн-перевірки

Разом із досьє відвантаження вивантажується криптографічний пакет: журнал, докази, позначки часу та готовий скрипт перевірки. Аудитор перевіряє все на власному комп'ютері — незалежно від нашого сервера.

A field with a risky verdict doesn't get stuck. The system shows a second independent opinion — Whisp, the open tool by FAO and the Forest Data Partnership — and the compliance officer records a reasoned decision with evidence. This is exactly the process the Regulation describes: check → assess → mitigate (Art. 10–11). The decision, with its author and time, goes into the dossier and stays reproducible for the auditor.

Land bank — Deep analysis of every parcel from state registers

Who actually owns the parcel, who leases it and on what terms — automatically from Ukraine's land cadastre and property-rights register, at the application stage. Several tenants on one parcel? The system flags it as a legal risk — no manual extracts.

Land bank compliance — Legal risks of parcels — by criteria, not by eye

The system sorts the application's parcels by criteria drawn from state registers: other land users, unregistered lease, encumbrances, a lease about to expire, anomalies in register records. The officer decides per criterion, group or single parcel — and only then can fields be credited to the compliant pool. The criteria set is configurable to your company's policy.

Segregation — Verified and unverified volumes never mix — physically

Unverified volume isn't a blind spot but a separate pool with its own quota, its own accounting lane and dedicated storage: the system blocks mixing, and such goods never reach the EU market — only non-EU. One unknown truckload no longer invalidates the whole consignment.

Cryptographic verifiability — The chain's history cannot be rewritten after the fact

Every critical event — delivery, transfer, shipment, EUDR verdict — lands in a journal where records are cryptographically linked: changing any row breaks the whole chain. Optionally, the journal state is regularly fixed by an independent certification authority from the EU Trusted List. And it's not "trust us": anyone can verify — via the QR code on a document or fully offline.

Step 1. Fields
Fields enter the system one of two ways — then both merge into one: the system finds cadastral numbers itself and pulls state-register data. The output is EUDR-ready GeoJSON, whatever came in. A holding with several legal entities? A linked application carries the register findings over to another company code without a repeat search.
- Compliance manager: uploads a GIS file of fields (KML, Shapefile, GeoJSON) or enters cadastral numbers manually

Step 2. Compliance and quota
Checks are automatic, the decision is human. From accepted fields the system computes a quota: the supplier's tonnage ceiling that cannot be exceeded. The quota is tracked per lane: non-compliant volume gets full accounting too, not a blind spot. Checklist answers and farmer files are frozen into the application dossier — an evidence base for the auditor.
- EUDR check — automatic: the system matches every field against satellite forest maps and returns a LOW / HIGH / UNKNOWN deforestation verdict per Regulation (EU) 2023/1115
- Compliance officer — the decision: accepts each field individually and assigns its class: verified — into the compliant pool, risky — into a separate lane. The decision stays with a human and the buyer's policy, not an automatic rule
Step 3. Deliveries and transfers
Transfers elevator → hub → port pass provenance along at every step — however many transshipments there are. The farmer's quota is deducted once, at delivery.
- Field linkage: every delivery is automatically linked to specific compliant fields by a single FIFO rule — no double counting, reproducible for the auditor. And if you know the exact source field — set it on the delivery for even tighter tracing

Step 4. Shipments by the EC methodology
This isn't home-grown logic — it's the European Commission's official methodology, built into the shipment wizard. The selection window can start from a physical cleanout of the storage unit — with a signed act and photos (the primary mode of FAQ 1.17). Strict FIFO blocks drawing from anywhere but the head of the queue: an exception takes an owner decision with a stated reason, and it stays in the journal forever.
- 200% rule — automatic: the system selects source fields covering 200% of the shipped volume, backwards in time by FIFO — "declaration in excess" (EC FAQ 1.17)
- All-or-nothing gate: one non-compliant field on the list — and the whole shipment is blocked until the compliance officer resolves it (EC FAQ 1.18)
Step 5. DDS document and audit
Your EU buyer gets a ready package for the declaration; the auditor gets an answer in seconds instead of weeks of investigation.
- Declaration package: DDS PDF with the list of source fields + polygons in GeoJSON — exactly the format the EU TRACES NT system accepts. Reports in English and Ukrainian, DDS status of every shipment on a dedicated page. The buyer just submits the declaration. The buyer's dossier contains only the fields declared for that consignment, and the QR code in the PDF leads to an independent verification page. 01. Event hash chain

Every journal record carries the cryptographic fingerprint of the previous one. Silently editing or deleting an event is mathematically impossible: the chain breaks, and the nightly self-check exposes it.

02. Independent timestamp authority (TSA)

The journal state is regularly fixed with a qualified electronic timestamp under eIDAS — issued by a certification authority from the European Commission's Trusted List. An independent third party attests: this data existed at this exact moment and hasn't changed since.

03. QR code in every DDS PDF

A buyer or auditor scans the QR from the document and sees the consignment and its chain integrity on an anonymous verification page — no login, no request to you, in seconds.

04. Audit package for offline verification

Along with the shipment dossier, a cryptographic package is exported: the journal, proofs, timestamps and a ready-to-run verification script. The auditor checks everything on their own computer — independently of our server.
